Shipping

I’m excited for you to receive your bag, and aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days! We use UPS and USPS as our couriers for all shipments. In case sales taxes apply, the amount will be clearly displayed at checkout. 

Shipping Methods: 
  
USA:
Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days (Free)
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days ($30)  

Canada:
Carrier calculated rates will be shown at checkout. Any customs, clearance or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing USPS to avoid UPS brokerage fees (alternatively you can choose to clear the item yourself).

We also offer optional Route shipping insurance at checkout which you can add to your order for a small fee. This covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. When adding Route make sure to refresh your cart to get the most up to date quote (otherwise you might be charged based on your previous cart value). 

 
Preorders:
Items available for preorder will be clearly marked. The preorder process takes around 8-10 weeks (from ordering materials to handcrafting each bag, then shipping the bags to me) during which time I'll keep you updated on the progress. We will do our best to deliver your item by the estimated ship date, and will keep you notified of any changes.
 
If you have both in-stock and preorder items in your order, they will be fulfilled together. Please email us if you’d like to ship in-stock items first and we will try to accommodate you!

Thank you for preordering - as a small brand, it really helps pay our suppliers and factory up front, and also helps us determine how much material to order, which colors, how many of each style to make, and gives us the ability to make custom orders if you're looking for something special.
 
Please double check your shipping address and make sure you are able to receive your items in timely manner, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are handed over to the courier.
