We offer free domestic shipping on all orders, and aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra processing time during launches and promotional events due to high volume of orders!

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Free)
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($40)
Please allow extra transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
All shipping times are estimates, we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines. All items take between 24-48hrs to process before shipping, excluding weekends.
International Orders:
International Economy: 5-15 business days ($60)

Preorder Information
Items available for preorder will be clearly marked. We will do our best to deliver your item by the estimated ship date, and will keep you notified of any changes.
If you have both in-stock and preorder items in your order, they will be fulfilled together when the preorder item is available. Please email us if you’d like to ship items separately and we will try to accommodate you.
Thank you for preordering - as a small brand, it really helps pay our suppliers and factory up front, and also helps us determine how much material to order, which colors, how many of each style to make, and gives us the ability to make custom orders if you're looking for something special.
Shipping Insurance
All orders by default include Navidium shipping insurance, which is added to your cart at checkout for 2.5% of your order value. This will cover your package against loss, theft, or damage. We strongly recommend this option. If you would prefer to opt out of coverage, you can do so via the toggle button at the bottom of the cart side bar.
If you choose not to purchase insurance, you acknowledge that Freja New York is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If for any reason your item is lost after being marked “delivered,” please file a claim directly with the carrier.
