We spend months making each item the very best it can be, and hopefully that means a bag that you’ll love! But in case you change your mind, items are eligible for refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, and eligible for store credit within 28 days of delivery. International orders and sample sale items are final sale.

Domestic Orders: Items are eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery, and eligible for store credit within 28 days of delivery.
Please submit a return request through the portal above. We will send you a return label once your request is approved. Items must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for refund.
All returns will be subject to a $15 handling fee. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, and prior authorization is required for all returns. The $15 fee will be waived for store credit.
Items marked final sale and sample sale are ineligible for return. Gift cards are final sale, and do not expire. All store credit is final.
International Orders: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your item we recommend returning it for store credit then placing a new order for your desired item. The $15 return fee will be waived for exchanges for store credit.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition within 28 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit. Please note we are unable to guarantee stock availability for any exchanges, and all exchanges for store credit are final. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance with your exchange.
During the exchange process you will see an option to Shop Now, where a bonus amount will be added to your store credit to use towards a new order.
If your new order value is greater than your store credit, the additional amount will be collected through Stripe. If the order is less, the additional funds will be refunded to you as store credit after the original order is delivered back to us.
Orders placed using Shop Now credit are considered exchanges for store credit, and only eligible to be refunded to store credit.
If there is an issue with the item you received (so sorry about that!), please send an email to email@example.com including images of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you!
Any defective items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your label to be eligible for a refund, and any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. All returns will be subject to a $15 handling fee.
To be eligible for refund, all products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Refused items will be returned to you at your cost.
Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning part of a set or applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds for store credit are final. We do not offer price adjustments.
