During sales periods, all products are eligible for our standard return policy unless marked "Final Sale". Our standard return window applies. 

USA Returns: 

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery date, and exchange for store credit within 28 days.

All returns must be shipped in unused condition, in original packaging with the dust bag included, and with the original tag attached. Prior authorization is required for all returns. All returns will be subject to a handling fee of $15 per returning item, which is waived if returned for store credit.

Items marked final sale and sample sale are ineligible for return. Gift cards are final sale, and do not expire. All store credit is final.

  3. Select the products you would like to return. If you’d like to exchange, please select “Store Credit” as your refund method.
  4. Please use the prepaid label included in your original packaging to ship back the package.
  5. You will be refunded within 15 business days of the order received back to the warehouse

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Free gifts are awarded with qualifying purchases. If items from your order are returned and the remaining order no longer meets the qualification criteria, the free gift may also be required to be returned. Final handling may vary based on return circumstances and customer support discretion.

REFUND POLICY

Upon receipt of your return, the item will be processed and a quality check will be done to ensure perfect condition. Please allow 15 business days for the process of your refund, and 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account.

Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning part of a set or applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly.

Store Credit

Refunds issued as store credit are final. By electing store credit in lieu of a refund to the original form of payment, you acknowledge and agree that this selection is irrevocable and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Items purchased with store credit are eligible for return for store credit only and are not eligible for refund to the original form of payment.

Where a return is made on an order purchased with store credit, the amount will be reissued as store credit. Such store credit may be used for one subsequent purchase only. Any purchase made thereafter using store credit will be deemed final sale and is not eligible for return. 

All returns must be initiated and completed within 30 days of the original order date. Store credit may not be used in a recurring cycle of purchases and returns beyond this period.

Excessive Returns & Policy Enforcement

Freja reserves the right to monitor return activity and to flag accounts that demonstrate excessive or high-risk return behavior. Such behavior may include, but is not limited to, repeated returns made using store credit, unusually high return frequency, or patterns suggesting misuse of our return policy.

Accounts identified under such conditions may be subject to restrictions, including the refusal of future returns or additional review prior to order acceptance. Customers will be notified if their account is affected."

International Orders:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please reach out to hello@frejanyc.com with any questions. 

ORDER ISSUES

If there is an issue with the item you received, please send an email to hello@frejanyc.com including images of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Please return any defective items back to us within 30 days of receiving your label for a refund. Any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.
