Returns

 

We spend months making each item the very best it can be, and hopefully that means a bag that you’ll love! But in case you change your mind, we accept returns received back to us within 14 days of delivery, or store credit for items received within 28 days of delivery. All sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start your return, please send an email to hello@frejanyc.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and I will take it from there! For USA orders, we will send you a return label and $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost (this fee will be waived for exchanges). We are unable to accept international returns. 

 

The Fine Print:

All items must be returned in original condition, with dustbag, original packaging, and any extras included. Prior authorization is required for all returns. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet the above requirements. 

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning part of a set or applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly. 

Only one return or exchange can be processed per order, and all exchanges are final sale. 

If you received a defective item, please send us pictures of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item and we will send you a replacement!
